My dog had matting on chest - so they shaved his entire body. He supposed to be a shaggy dog - 15 lbs. So he looked like a poodle instead. Then I take him back in a couple months later and say "don't cut the hair, just shampoo and brush". I pick him up and AGAIN they shaved his face - right down to the skin! At least they left the body alone.. And I did not get a call back the next day from the owner that I was told I would after I complained. I'll NEVER go back there, ever.
Recommendedfriendly staff, great selection of toys and treats. also picked up a cute bowtie. Oswald loves his new toy too! He chose it over the cookies, but later devoured one.

I must say that the customer service is over the top at Woof Gang. I’m a people person and if a store has epic customer service, I’m as loyal as one can be. Woof Gang not only special orders my Goldendoodle’s food, but they text me when it comes in. When I’m sick or in a rush, I can text them for personal service. All the employees went above and beyond to help me. I love everything that is natural and not over processed. They also have the cutest bows, bandanas and apparel for our furbabies.. 10/10!!
