Worst staff ever! Don't bother going if you're not 50-60 year old woman who lives in Dr. Phillips/Windermere. Completely rude and dismissive. For the "best dog salon" in town I expected a lot more

Be forewarned this location appears to cater only to dogs and dog products. The staff is unfriendly and unwilling to assist. If you are looking for any feline products (i.e., food), they do not carry any. When I asked if they could contact another location to see if they carried the product I was looking for, they rudely said, "No. We are a franchise." I would not recommend this location to any of my dog loving friends.

Hi Lorraine, we are so sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at our store. We do carry a variety of cat products, including food, so we are not sure why you were led to believe otherwise. If there is a specific product you're looking for that we don't have, we can special order it for you! We place special orders weekly. Please consider coming back in and letting us help you find what you're looking for.
Love this store and the staff. They go out of their way to make sure they have the special formula dog food that my dog must have. Everyone there goes out of their way to work with customers.
A great place to shop. The store is always kept well organized and very clean. Everyone is very, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They offer quality products along a full grooming salon which means you can complete all your pets needs at once.
