People I met were friendly, receptionist was very helpful. Warm welcome to every guest is what I observed. Very professional people. If you're looking for a home on wheels it would be worth it to experience their inventory.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐What stands out most about Woody's RV World in Leduc is the incredible customer service. Jason and Eric in sales took the time to answer all of our questions about our new Grand Design Solitude 370DV, and Greg was fantastic to work with on the paperwork. We bought our RV in 2019 from Woody's in Leduc, great service for the first 3-4 years but the past few years have been terrible. We took our RV in for repairs on May 29, 2026, a month ago. I have made several calls to the servicing desk, had text messages from parts department and was told I would get a call back, which I never did. We are still waiting for a quote for repairs, which are under warranty, but after a month, nothing !! Very disappointed.
