We bought our RV in 2019 from Woody's in Leduc, great service for the first 3-4 years but the past few years have been terrible. We took our RV in for repairs on May 29, 2026, a month ago. I have made several calls to the servicing desk, had text messages from parts department and was told I would get a call back, which I never did. We are still waiting for a quote for repairs, which are under warranty, but after a month, nothing !! Very disappointed.

Came in today to ask a simple question about my weight distribution hitch and nobody even offered to come out to take a look. They just told me straight away "no".. went down the road to Fraserway RV and they actually came out to take a look and lead me in the right direction.
