We had them out to our house to fix a cracked pipe. Two weeks later, the pipe came loose from poor quality work. They did NOT do their job well at all!! Also, tried to receive some refund for the poor work we paid for and received defensive attitudes. Poor customer service!!!

We would have repaired the problem at no charge if this was truly our fault ! We had a scheduled appointment to return 6 days from when Allison called to let us know of the problem. She said that was too long. Called 2 days later & canceled the appointment saying SHE CHOSE to get somebody else sooner. We do not for another company to repair a POSSIBLE mistake...
