Must have better Service you shouldn't have to wait an hour for your food just to find out it hadn't been turned in.

Customer service is terrible and the manager doesn’t know if she is the MOD or not. broken promises, but I’m not breaking my promise to never go back! EW!
WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Customer service is piss poor. And the restaurant is very filthy. WE WILL NOT BE BACK. Also manager could not keep her word. And lied to us!

Woodys doesn't know how to measure there french fries. The kid say 6oz , but it it looks like more then 3oz to me. Once i complain the kid wouldnt fix it. I got in my car and the older lady and the kid started laughing at me when i was pulling out of the parking lot. Its the woodys on us 1 and cocoa fl. No wonder they are never busy. Im tired of spending $53 to $60 dollars in there. I get more fries when im dinning in then take out.
