I came in to see how much they would charge to install a leveling kit on my new truck. We spent a significant amount of time discussing the type of equipment to be installed. At first I thought the estimate was a little high, but I then found out that the procedure included an alignment. So I agreed on the amount and set the appropriate for 8 am on Monday. The install went great but when I came back to have it re-torqued for the warranty they were over 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment then asked if I could come back later in the day. I live an hour away is why I scheduled the appointment
I would give you 10 stars if I could. Jake helped me pick the perfect tires, wheels, and lift for my 4Runner. From ordering, to fast scheduling, to the actual install, everything was PERFECT! I love it. Can't beat their pricing either. Excellent customer service. Thank you, Jake!
Not honest people. Over charge. Don’t waste your time or money here!
Terrible customer service and extremely disrespectful. Would not recommend if you want basic decency when dealing with the shop.
