Edit August 2024: three months in and countless repairs on a new construction home is a major red flag. Every fix is subcontracted. Quality should not be used to describe how these townhomes are built. It’s all quantity and top dollar here. Pam stayed past closing to ensure all of our home buying questions were answered. The next day we signed the purchase agreement. I look forward to calling this community home when construction commences in May.
