I use to like woodys, however as a college student and a college real estate company, they don’t really accommodate like others. I have been under on rent, however they do NOT care about workers in COVID. I have three jobs as it is and all jobs cut my hours. All they said was “this place is hiring.” I can’t handle a 5th job on top of classes!! I’m failing as it is! Also they aren’t professional at all. The lease, especially, sucks!
