Woody Ford Madill, OK. Typical sales. Talk the talk. Post sales. Can’t walk the talk. Purchased a vehicle from this embarrassment of a dealership. I won’t air their dirty laundry but would encourage you to solicit your dollars to a reputable Ford dealership; if you can locate one, or go with a different brand. With this group, the owner Brian was the one who lacked the ethical standards. So don’t call or stop, just keep looking. Their are reputable Ford dealers; just not this one.
I took my explorer in for a tire rotation and a recall inspection today. I scheduled it over the phone last week. They didn't inspect it for the recall they said it wasn't scheduled so now I had to make a new service appointment for next week. I am once again an unhappy customer. I regret ever doing business with Woody Ford
