Sam saved the day!!!! We needed an appraisal done ASAP because our other appraiser ghosted us and we couldn't get in contact with them. Sam came out the same day and had the report ready first thing the next morning. His guys were at the property well into the evening hours because it is a large property and a FHA loan so there are a lot of boxes to check. They really went above and beyond to ensure our transaction closes on time. Can't thank Sam and his team enough!

Sam came out in the middle of a snow storm, just to keep the timeline of my VA appraisal current. Very thorough, professional, and approachable. I appreciated his work, as well as the conversation.
