Speechless. I dread when car issues hit, but Quick Lane gave me a whole new experience. Tried to start my car in the morning, dead battery. I also knew my Maverick had possible cv axle issues, so I decided to head to Quick Lane. Showed up mid morning and Karina immediately greeted me and took my info. Within ONE DAY not only did I get a new battery, the technicians diagnosed my axle issue, changed and replaced them. Had my truck back in time for dinner. The reviews of service declining over the years are true. Used them for years but will not go back after my last experience.
If you don't want to wonder if anything was taken or switched out of your car, while in the "care" of these people, do NOT bring your vehicle down to this business! PERIOD!!! The folks i trusted my vehicle with don't even work for this business anymore. That should tell you something rite there! They had my car for 6 days and didn't repair a single thing. Thwy And, that's all I'm going to share about that!
