I came to Quick Lane yesterday and as usual with this new " regime" no one greeted me after I stood there for several minutes watching and listening to the service advisor and manager in some type of comic routine trying to get cookies out of the most important thing to them in the building, the vending machine! Quiclklane is overpriced with inexperienced staff just looking for a quick buck. Terrible service. I would no longer let anyone from Woody Anderson even oil a bicycle chain. Sales department will ignore you also. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealer for your Ford needs. I’m fed up with experience after experience being bad after several tries and several chances with different issues. They are just plain incompetent and inconsistent across the board.
I had an amazing experience at Quick Lane thanks to AJ! She was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I came in to get my recalls taken care of, and she had me in and out in no time. It’s rare to find someone so efficient and friendly at the same time. AJ truly goes above and beyond—definitely a 5-star experience!
