So I have been trying for two months to get someone to work with me on getting my ford F150 repaired. About every two weeks I will send an email and say "what's up," to which I will get a "I've been sick," "I've been busy," etc., and I will get on it today. Two weeks go by and we start the process over. Final straw was just this week I sent my POC an email AND posted a note on their public page saying DO YOU WANT MY BUSINESS? Nada. Nothing. No response. Horrible. Good luck to you if this is who you TRY to use.
