I called DeLuca body shop earlier today about a paint stain on my car that the dealership couldn’t buff out. I spoke with Ernie who suggested I come by prior to making an appointment so he could look at it. Within 5 minutes, Ernie had the paint stain buffed out and I was on my way. Other shops were trying to tell me this was a much bigger deal (needing to repaint the doors etc), Ernie was honest and straightforward. Highly recommend DeLuca body shop and won’t go anywhere else. I recently took my Lexus RX to Bill DeLuca in Andover because the front door rocker panel was slightly misaligned with the rear door. I called and spoke with Ernie, who was incredibly helpful and told me to come right down. They took the car in immediately while I waited. After just 30 minutes, they brought the car back, and the panels looked perfectly aligned! Best of all, Ernie told me it was a quick fix and didn't charge me a dime.
