We had nearly the exact same experience as the first reviewer. Took our down payment, gave us the runaround for over a year, and then sold the item he custom made for us to someone else (found this out through social media). He never let us know the product was resold and never refunded us a thin dime. Con artist.
It's a scam. They took our down-payment and disappeared.
