I received efficient care. All my questions was answered. I found out that I am pregnant. It’s my first pregnancy that I mentioned to the nurse. Why did the doctor assumed I was pregnant for the third time? Bias much. Yes, I am African American and 29 with a good career and partner. No, I’m not pregnant or have lots of kids with multiple baby baby daddies on section 8 housing. Just a heads up the doctor is bias.
I saw Dr Sarah. Blonde. I went in for an asthma attack that I had 3 days prior that had no symptom relief. My previous visit I was put on 4 different steroids and was told if it didn’t help to go back in. I went in and my vitals clearly showed I was in distress. 133/84 blood pressure pulse of 109. Sweaty hands. Chest pain. I waited a few hours and it calmed down. I tried explaining that when I sit it calms down but ANY time I get up and move it flares. Was the worst! I sat and waited for 3 hrs in the waiting room because I have a tube in my gallbladder that came out and once I went into a room finally all they did was one scan and basically said everything was fine when it wasn't at all. She literally just wanted to hurry up and make me leave. She had no care about how I was feeling. I left there and went to a different hospital that actually helped me figure out what was wrong.
Everyone was super helpful, kind, and caring. My experience was great at this hospital.
I went to this ER as my doctor told me to go in for Pain management. I was a 8 in pain and in tears , I waited 4 hours to never being taken in the back and told by Bianca Krause that she could get me a walker ! I walked in with tears and out as it took forever , I also found out they documented they gave me pain meds and had not! I would not recommend this place at all!
