Lived here for one year. Leasing office staff very friendly and helpful, prompt response to maintenance requests, plenty of parking, easy to dispose trash and access mailboxes. Convenient location, quiet and safe. If looking for an apartment in Aiken, this is a great choice.
We have been a year at Woodwinds. We really enjoy our apartment and the staff are wonderful.
Aiken is a great place to live and Elizabeth is quick to take care of your needs. Omar the manager has been here for a while and always has a smile on his face and ready to help you out.
If I could give no stars, I would. We moved in January 2021, and because of covid, we couldn't tour the apartment. The virtual tour was amazing; it looked like a beautiful apartment. Well, that's where the beautiful stopped with that virtual tour. We rented a 3 bedroom which is over 1,500 monthly. When we arrived, the apartment looked "clean,", but that night, the bottom of our feet were black from the floors no matter how much I swept and mopped; that always happened.
