Hate this place. Old plumbing, old electric, old everything!!!! Garbage pilled up 16�50 feet HIGH every day, major water leaks at every building once a month, (but hey maybe you you do or don't pay for that) parking ... oh good luck without a 10 min walk later, listen to your neighbors conversations, paper thin insulation, 50 year old Ac units, ... yeah oh yeah worth primo prices. Ghetto!!!! Welcome to it!

Trashy apartments. Trash all near the car wash area, and people never turn the water off for the hose. Dumpster is always overran with trash and no one says anything about it. Haven't seen the property manager in months, not sure if he is still even here. Haven't had landscaping for weeks, there's pine built up everywhere and weeds starting to take over in some areas. Overall just a shell of what it used to be.
I've been living at woodwinds now for a year and a half. I love it here I will be staying here for a while I just resigned my lease. The staff are very friendly and helpful with any needs, the pool is a great place to cool off on a hot day. The gym is a little small but gets the job done not a lot of people use it so you can get in and get a good workout. When you decide to check us out tell them Ron sent you
