I believe I made a huge mistake moving here. They enticed me with the zero admin zero app fee. But now i'm paying the price. I think Brenda means well. But she is only on site Tuesdays and Fridays. The rest of the days she works at a different property. So there's no real person to speak to When we have issues. And we have a lot of issues. I like my unit. I just hate that there is barely any staff and I can never get a hold of ANYONE when something is wrong. Literally dealing with an URGENT request with my AC unit trying to quit on me & yet I'm sent to VM EVERY TIME! I need assistance. I need reassurance. I need someone that will be in the office! The property is nice and quiet to live, Ms. Brenda helps out when we ask for help she is an awesome person.
