This place is dirty and they treat the seniors like they’re worthless. They leave them soiled in their beds and when they call for assistance they ignore them purposely and call them names. They do not follow social distance protocols and fail to wear the proper ppe. They are infested with bed bugs also. Please do not bring your loved ones here because they do not care for them as they should. Just have a bunch of immature kids working there.

They do not practice the safety measures, like wearing masks when interacting with the people living there, that are required everywhere else you go in their facility. Masks are only worn by employees if they are able?!? Or if they feel like it, apparently. What...? If you can’t wear a mask you shouldn’t be in the health care field. Especially with such a vulnerable population.
One would assume with COVID running rampant in our communities, an assisted living facility would be more careful in using PPE. On several occasions I have been to woodway, no one is wearing a mask. When I asked the director, Katie, she stated “well we are covid free so it’s alright.” That doesn’t seem like an appropriate response to me. Woodway is so friendly! Love the group of employees and how they make the visiting family members feel so welcome.. You are all special and doing a great job making our Dad and his wife comfortable in their “new home” Thank you Woodway crew!!
My 99 and 2/3 of age moved to Woodway on Valentines Day. He loves the Staff and says they are so good to him! This brings much needed comfort to his family� Thank you Woodway Staff, especially Dawna, Lindy, 2 Lori's, Heather and Charles! I'm sure there are others, he loves you all and says thanks for taking such good care of him. God Bless you all!!
