RecommendedI have made the Retreat my home for almost 14 years. The floorplans are dramatic and spacious and the location is very convenient. The maintenance staff and management are professional and courteous. They always follow up and get the job done. It's a wonderful place to live.

RecommendedI love my apartment! I moved in in April and figured I should give it a few months before reviewing to make sure it was as good as it seemed, IT IS! The office staff is all incredibly friendly, the apartments are spacious and nice, plus pricing is very low for this area, and they have some of the most unique floorplans I've ever seen. I have had very few maintenance issues, nothing out of the ordinary for occupying a new unit, and they were all addressed quickly. let me start off by saying that out of all the apartment complexes I've stayed at, This one is by the best apartment place in San Antonio. Not only is the complex very well maintained and beautiful, But what makes this place the best is the staff at the leasing office. Some of the nicest and helpful people you will ever meet. I’ve been here for a good amount of time. I have seen more management than anything come in and out. The pest problem has become out of hand. They want me to pay more but will not update nor relocate me without a down deposit when I have been here over 3 years.
No lo recomiendo para nada ahí me robaron en el año 2018 y obviamente nos tuvimos q salir y aparte la manager es muy despota asco d lugar para vivir lo peor
the new owners & staff are Rude, kept our deposit after we cleaned the apartment for them. After we call about our deposit they were rude & told us they sent it off & then said we owed.
The management Staff that is New to the office there is I'll informed and is absolutely lacking in experience..they are no where as experienced as Melanie Puentes,Becky or Rebecca who were great examples of seasoned Professionals..You now can't get a straight answer from any of them..
