Have been going there for over 4 years. They pressure wash your car and blew off my side blinker cover didnt rell me and no offer to fix it had to source part and got a local to fit it. They then gouged a large scratch groove on my ute above the blinker very visible. Latest they damaged my vehicle at the bumber join to the wheel hub could only have occurred there as it is broken from inside and no dent or damage outside surface i presume when doing rhe wheel alignmnet. Even though my call & query today held no monetary reward for their time and effort, I was treated with respect and was provided all the information I required, it was really appreciated.
I dropped my car off on a Wednesday with a LPG problem gas kept going back to normal fuel , 8 days later they put a new part in original quote was $700 - $900 when I went to pick up car the bill was $1115.00 I found out that the part was $700 & it only takes 5 minutes to refit as under the bonnet , also they wrapped the original wires & said there was some brittle wires , yeah right ! I don't see how it was $1k $115 buck to do this I feel like they did extra nothing to charge over $1000 was without a car for 8 days
