Obviously, Woodwards understands the importance of getting the regular guy in the middle of a project back up and going. First rate and friendly customer service. I will be back.

I had used Woodward for years to service my small 2-stoke equipment, but never again! Has there been an ownership or management change? I dropped off a hedge trimmer for repair on 5/2/23. I heard nothing for weeks. I stopped in the first week of June to check on it. The woman at the service counter told me “Oh, he should be able to get to that today.” I told her I needed it and to please call me within a week—whether is was done or not. No one ever called. went to woodward to rent a skid loader after a friend in town recommended them and had a small mechanical issue that was nobodys fault, their mechanic Jason was top notch and helped beyond expectations. Dani (sp) in the office made concessions for my bad luck and was great to deal with. i wish every company treated their customers like they did, they will definitely have my business everytime, thanks guys.
