Friend rented equipment over the weekend. Was given a qoute. Insurance was note mentioned, and the machine was delivered with only 1/2 tank of diesel to start and had debris from previous job still on the machine. It was returned with 1/2 tank full as it was received and it was also cleaned up better than when delivered. Photo is of machine tank level on day of delivery. They bent over backwards to help me out when I needed a lift on super short notice. They made it happen. Service was top notch as well!
Obviously, Woodwards understands the importance of getting the regular guy in the middle of a project back up and going. First rate and friendly customer service. I will be back.
I had used Woodward for years to service my small 2-stoke equipment, but never again! Has there been an ownership or management change? I dropped off a hedge trimmer for repair on 5/2/23. I heard nothing for weeks. I stopped in the first week of June to check on it. The woman at the service counter told me “Oh, he should be able to get to that today.” I told her I needed it and to please call me within a week—whether is was done or not. No one ever called.
