I made my appointment and my car was in the bay within 5 min of my arrival. Loved that my t3ch took time after service was performed to answer other questions I had with patience and sense of sincerity. It was a great experience and great Referral for my vehicle.
Honest People! I bought my car new in 2020 and recently because of the cold snap and not driving it, the car was dead! Being that it had the original battery at 5 1/2 years old I scheduled a replacement and an oil change. They did the oil change but after testing the battery it did not need replaced! How many car repair facilities would tell you that! They said a replacement is rather expensive and I still had a good battery.
Communication- trash Performed work- trash Customer service- trash Take it upon them self to do whatever and then charge.. 228.00 for 1 hour of labor ... (but had the vehicle for 28 hrs) labor that wasn't correct was told the little noise after leaving there, was the part "sinking into place" actually it was the sound of my part being crushed because the work wasn't done right. Only to be told I can pay them again to do the work. Super expensive for more damage down the road.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars but 1 is the minimum. They charged for extra things nobody asked for and when confronted about it they said it was an accident even thought they've done it two visits in a row. Also, the check engine light came on after they worked on it, and they insisted it was already there (second lie they've told me in a row) and when they sent someone outside to check it in the parking lot he had a youtube video pulled up on his phone to find what he was looking for in the car.
