All of these five star Google reviews that I’m reading is not the same Rick Woodward I dealt with. If you want to tell an attorney that you object to a final judgment and have him tell you that he plans to withdraw from your case and then sign off on the Final judgment a couple days later he may be your guy. Spoke to an appellate attorney and was told that I did not have an appeal but I did have a malpractice case. I feel I was railroaded to protect the millionare ex-spouse. If you want to tell a lawyer that you object to a final judgment and have him tell you that he plans to withdraw from your case and then sign off on the Final judgment a couple days later he may be your guy. Spoke to an appellate attorney and was told that I did not have an appellate attorney and was told I didn’t have an appeal but a malpractice case

Don’t recommend. He represented my family member & did a horrible job. Save your money & look elsewhere, if I could give 0 stars I would.

Ric is super responsive, unlike many attorneys who fail to respond timely after receiving their retainer. He is one of the most upbeat and friendly attorneys you will ever meet. His flat-fee pricing was also very reasonable.
