Awesome place to live and great Management I love this place because you only deal with one person and that is the on-site manager, all of my maintenance requests where taken care of in the same day. You can not beat the rent, they really try to keep long term renters. My neighbors have been here for nearly a decade and would not think of moving. Nice apartments, nice price! These are beautiful apartments that are not very old. They are locally owned and operated and it shows! The grounds are well kept and maintained. Maintenance for the units is kept up very well in a timely manner. Questions and requests are answered promptly. The management is very nice and friendly. The prices are considerably lower than what you would find in a larger city!
