I really liked my provider (Ana Endaya), however it is really difficult to be a patient here. The phone system is impossible to navigate and regardless of what you press, no one ever answers the phone. Somehow every time I’ve been in, there are multiple people sitting at the reception desk, however you cannot reach them. Not everything can be done in MyChart. I’m switching to a new provider.
Clean and professional
If I could score them lower I would. I have had a horrible experience with nurse Whitney and NP Ana. Both were. on- caring and dismissive. Wrong information and extremely negligent information recorded in my chart. When I called to inquire about it the nurse Whitney raised her voice at me on the phone and refused to listen. I’m extremely frustrated with the way I have been treated and I would never recommend them to anyone! I wish I had read her reviews before I went!!
Do you want a doctor that meets your needs? Do not and I emphasize do not use this practice. They seem to care about one thing and one thing only as long as I get paid. If you're dissatisfied with your doctor keep your mouth shut because they're not going to change it protocol is what they call it what I call it is BS not caring about the patient and I'm going to let anybody to listen to me now and if you had minus Stars they deserve minus five stars!
Been a patient for years. The change in office policy along with front desk staff rude about being late 10 min. It has put a direct reflection on Dr. Not caring about the patients!
