I would get them zero stars if that was an option. Customer service is horrible and when I called to see how they could fix the issue and help me, the woman who answered the phone (Jane? Janet? Jen? I couldn't tell what she said when I asked her who I was speaking with) was more rude than one in customer service should be. Third joint issue and no results - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Fourth Joint from Woodward they say its because the Total Control Rack they provided the joint for is at it max range. All good and fine if they could actually get the part that we paid for to us. Started out at $68.00 then went up to $108 and now shipping on top of it and shipping on the Canadian side too. They will no longer answer the phone to discuss and no part even though was paid for on CC.

Have Been Using WOODWARD steering racks and other parts for years on Victory Circle race cars and former John Baker NASCAR SWT cars. Consulted with Tony on several occasions. He is a Very acomplishes engineer with better solutions. His company puts out the beat engineered products you can acquire. Thank You for all the help over the years....
