I've been employed with the Santa Clarita, CA branch for just over a year now and it's been a fun ride. I'm in my second department now working on new certifications, working alongside great people and making great money with amazing benefits. No complaints. Seems like the only reviews this company gets is from people who thought they deserved more but, most likely, didn't put the effort needed to get the benefits. Shame.
I purchased a governor speed control module from this company and need tech support help with. a problem with my generator. I have left three messages on the tech support voice mail asking for a call back and have received no reply.
woodward is honestly one of the worst companies i’ve ever worked for. the Machesney Park, IL location was where I got hired, and they had us go from one location to another for training. they never let us study for any tests outside of work they required us to take while training. But they probably don’t care about that or their employees enough, they hire and go through so many people every 2 weeks it’s insane. My husband worked for a company that Woodward bought and during the acquisition they said it would have the same benefits like Rockford and Colorado have. One big family. Nothing could be farther from the truth. The insurance they now have is awful. Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. We have to fight to get claims paid but they have no problem taking our premiums every week.
