I called them to get some information emailed to me about building a home. Sue took my email address and said she would send it. Two days went by and still no email, I did check my spam folder just in case. I called again but got a voicemail box and left a message with my name, phone number and email again. 5 days later now and still no contact made by them. I wouldn't trust a builder that cannot send an email or return a phone call.
