I must have to say that I have had the best experience with Mike Woodward selling my house.I was stuck with probably the worst real estate agent prior to Mike,I wasted 3 months of my time with that agent.When my contract what was over with the previous agent,I hired Mike Woodward I had no problems and I sold my house quick.Mike also helped me move,he is very passionate about his clients,definitely a golden gem in the real estate business, must see for yourself.
I was using Mike as an appraisal through the VA, and instead of just taking my money, he gave me some excellent advice. He also called me to further guide in the right direction. Very respectable and honest person in my eyes. Highly recommend to trust in any housing situation. Thank you once again
Mike is a great realtor! He helped us buy and sell a home! He went to bat for us as buyers several times during the inspection process. He helped us with negotiating when selling our home.
