I don't know if the person I spoke with about renting an apartment here was the owner/landlord, or the paid manager of the building (or what), but whoever he is, he was AWFUL! I'm one of the nicest people anyone could ever meet, yet this guy was nasty. He basically tried to talk me OUT of renting the apartment, which was one of the most stupid things ever because you'll truthfully never find a better tenant than I would've been. Had a similar experience as the previous reviewer. Attempted several times throughout the week to call the number listed. Finally got through to some guy who seemed really uninterested in talking to me or answering any questions. Told me I could see the photos/info online. Really sketch.
