The clinic cancelled my appointment and I had to ring them half a dozen times before they refunded me.
Absolutely no people skills whatsoever. The main receptionist was actually quite rude. Specialist seemed to be in such a hurry, did not receive the experience I expected will not be going back.
Waiting times are ridiculous. Receptionist speaking very loud minimizing confidentiality and did nothing when customers/patients got very loud in waiting room. Very distressing for the elderly, especially those with Dementia and or other disabilities. 2 and a half hours is too long for people to have to sit around waiting to be seen.
Friendly, careing and understanding staff. Dr. Richard Mcgovern was very knowledgeable and helped me immensley with my road to recovery. Very professional. Plenty off parking to!
