I was in Ace last week, and the pipes and fittings for making industrial-style furniture/accessories were on sale. I have been planning on making a pipe bookcase but hadn't designed it yet. So I was standing there, muttering to myself and drawing in the air--and one of the sales clerks brought me a notepad and pen to sketch with. That is above and beyond customer service!
