Woodview Village Apartments offer good rooms at a nice location in Newberg, OR. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the buildings are in good shape for their age. There is always a room for minor updates. Landscape is great and well maintained. The maintenance is continuous and timely.
I've lived here since 2022 and I love the green spaces and trees; if you love nature but need to be in a apartment... this is the place for you!
Absolutely love living here. It's so peaceful, quiet, neighbors are nice, well maintained. Chris, the manager is always helpful and just an awesome person. We couldn't be happier! *****UPDATE***** We have now lived here over a year and we absolutely love it! I can't imagine living anywhere else. We plan on staying as long as we can. Close to a bike trail, close to a park, great area in general.
I live here and my experience has been good. Maintenance is always done quickly and maintenance guy is great! Management seems good and they do a good job keeping it clean. Quiet and like living here.
The cosiest apartments I'd ever seen or lived in; For the price and location in Newberg you cannot beat Woodview Village Apartments by way of landscaping, apartment layouts, and amenities. Highly recommend!
