I want to thank the entire staff for the love and care they showed me and my grandmother over the past 6 months during her end of life. They have become a big part of my life and I will truly miss everyone as this chapter comes to an end. Thank you so much.
I have had to phone Director of Nursing to have them change the bed or urinated diaper way too many times. Our loved one was left soiled for hours. I had to threaten to call Franklin County Sheriff's office for a civil standby to get them to respond to patient care. Going to take her out of the facility and move her back to Michigan. This is a nightmare !
This nursing home is very active for the residents! Live music, a market, bingo, Church events and outings!
