Oh my gosh. Don’t even bother sending your loved ones here. It stinks so bad I cannot breathe i’m telling you. When we first walked in i was hit with the smell of cigarettes… that wasn’t the worst part unfortunately i prefer that than what my nose smelt next… Upon walking through the halls it gave run down and in poor conditions. Stopped by to see a resident here. The facility does not look like the pictures on the website (at all). It’s absolutely disgusting - filthy, and smells like urine. I would never send anyone I care about to this place. I wish I had taken photos to show the real condition but I didn’t want to be there a second longer.
Horrible care
Absolutely disgusting! I went to visit a relative. We were only there for 30 mins at most and it was already enough to make me want to go home and never return. I can't imagine staying there long term. The entire building was disgusting. Very dirty, broken down and unprofessional. We weren't even greeted cause there was literally no staff anywhere near the entrance/ front desk. There will be an investigation on this facility they don't have enough staff to run a proper nursing home or rehabilitation center the director is in over his head the employees are overwhelmed the food is horrible they have nurses that spread false rumors about patients here which is against the law in the state of ohio I'll going to call abc 6 news and other news stations to come here and see what's going on this is the last straw to much incompetents here
