Was transferred from hospital to do physical therapy. Was left ro sit in a room with no ac was ignored by nurses after ulcer surgery. Staff had no idea why I was there or what to do. Place was rundown. Called my sister to come and get me. She walked right in put me in a wheelchair and took me right out the door and nobody said a word. Dangerous precedent especially if I was someones elderly parent
This is a very nice facility. The took excellent care of me. The food is fantastic. The staff is polite and professional. I was there for rehab. Brittany is head of therapy and she is the BEST there is, anywhere!! The administrator cares about each and every person and is easy to talk to and is eager to address any concerns you may have. All of the staff is good, but Marcus and paige are the bright and shining stars 🤩. Marcus always goes above and beyond expectation. Oh my gosh. Don’t even bother sending your loved ones here. It stinks so bad I cannot breathe i’m telling you. When we first walked in i was hit with the smell of cigarettes… that wasn’t the worst part unfortunately i prefer that than what my nose smelt next… Upon walking through the halls it gave run down and in poor conditions. Stopped by to see a resident here. The facility does not look like the pictures on the website (at all). It’s absolutely disgusting - filthy, and smells like urine. I would never send anyone I care about to this place. I wish I had taken photos to show the real condition but I didn’t want to be there a second longer.
