I have had to phone Director of Nursing to have them change the bed or urinated diaper way too many times. Our loved one was left soiled for hours. I had to threaten to call Franklin County Sheriff's office for a civil standby to get them to respond to patient care. Going to take her out of the facility and move her back to Michigan. This is a nightmare !
This nursing home is very active for the residents! Live music, a market, bingo, Church events and outings!
They have the best aids management. Really amazing, really caring, just a good group of staff that go above and beyond for their patients. I HIGHLY recommend having your family & loved ones reside here.
