Tenants beware! Lease increase every year of at least $70. Management is incompetent and unprofessional. Don't care about tenants. Will not work issues out with tenants. Greedy and selfish and only interested in money. Can't speak to Leasing Manager. Staff makes excuses why manager is always unavailable. Don't live here!
I absolutely love this Complex. I’ve been here for 6 years now and I love the staff too! I have no complaints!
Shout out to Annette in the Leasing Office for being incredibly helpful and kind. She helped us through each step of the application process, including questions we had about rental insurance, utilities, etc. Our move to Woodview went very smoothly, and we have been extremely pleased with the community. It is clean, a great location, quiet, ample parking, nice amenities, etc. This community exceeded our expectations while remaining in our budget - couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
We’ve been at Woodview for almost 10 years and the staff here is phenomena, from leasing to maintenance. As my situation has changed, I have moved to different apartments within the complex and those transitions have gone very smoothly. Theresa, John and Annette in leasing office are very helpful, professional and courteous. The maintenance staff handles requests very timely. This is my 5th apartment. My sister and I shared a two bedroom apartment. She’s getting married so I have to move out to somewhere more affordable. I am definitely going to miss it here. If I could afford it, I would stay.!!
