I'm not someone to usually waste my time on reviews because I believe everyone has a right to some bad days, however after months of reoccurring bad experiences, this has to be said. The property manager, Brenda, is the worst manager I have ever worked with. Earlier this year, my cat passed away. I sent an email to have my monthly pet fees removed, and didn't hear anything back. I scoured the area in search of a new place to live. Safety, cleanliness, location were all of the utmost importance. I’ve really loved living at Woodview Apartments. The community is quiet and feels very safe, and the property is always kept clean and maintained. The staff is friendly, approachable, and quick to help whenever I’ve needed something, which makes a big difference. My apartment itself is comfortable and has really started to feel like home, and I appreciate how convenient the location is. Genuinely hate these apartments. I thought maybe the 1-star reviews were hyperbolic, but after living here a few months, definitely not. These people do not care about you once you sign the lease. Note all the "Five Star Reviews" are people complimenting the TOUR, not the apartment itself once you're moved in.
