I highly discourage anyone from renting from Woodview or any BH properties. They are crooks and liars. After being promised a refund would be issued, I received a call that they will not refund me, all after i received emails from their leasing agent reassuring me a refund will be on the way, and over a recorded line, that I will be refunded. I have never had such a terrible experience from a leasing company. Take heed of other poor reviews. 👎🏼
Braden was very knowledgeable and helpful to find the perfect unit that fit our needs. He was also patient with us and had a very welcoming personality. The landscaping at the apartments is meticulous and everything seems to be updated and maintained. Once we toured the complex, we knew we didn’t need to shop around any further!

Braden did an amazing job showing the apartment listing, he answered all of my questions and made sure to ask me questions on my preferences. He exceeded my expectations for the tour !
The apartments look really nice, and the monthly events are fun and I like how it incorporates us residents. My favorite event so far was the summer pool party, I won so many freebies and it was very well planned. The managers are very attentive and respond quickly and professionally to any complaint or concerns I might have. The scenery of the apartments make it really seem like you are living in the woods, they even have hiking trails and other amenities that tie the whole place together. 10/10 living experience so far!
