Braden did an amazing job showing the apartment listing, he answered all of my questions and made sure to ask me questions on my preferences. He exceeded my expectations for the tour !
The apartments look really nice, and the monthly events are fun and I like how it incorporates us residents. My favorite event so far was the summer pool party, I won so many freebies and it was very well planned. The managers are very attentive and respond quickly and professionally to any complaint or concerns I might have. The scenery of the apartments make it really seem like you are living in the woods, they even have hiking trails and other amenities that tie the whole place together. 10/10 living experience so far!
High turnover rate of property managers here. Wish the owners would listen to the constant negative feedback about the management of the property. I have thrived here and I do consider this place my home, however, I feel like I should share my honest OPINIONS and Experiences. I'm not someone to usually waste my time on reviews because I believe everyone has a right to some bad days, however after months of reoccurring bad experiences, this has to be said. The property manager, Brenda, is the worst manager I have ever worked with. Earlier this year, my cat passed away. I sent an email to have my monthly pet fees removed, and didn't hear anything back.
