It took months to get my service ticket completed. I followed up repeatedly by email and in person at the office and still got nowhere. When management finally acknowledged the delay, it was a quick apology and nothing more, which doesn't make up for months of no communication. My emails regularly go unanswered, yet reviews here seem to get faster and better replies. Residents shouldn't have to post a review just to get a response.
I've been a resident here for 3 months..and will NOT be renewing my lease. The mail situation and losing my packages is absolute madness..and the lack of care in resolving the problem is NOT cute. They honestly dont seem to care...currently NOT satisfied with their solution and have hired legal counsel. Home should feel safe. NOT a fight against your leasing company. 😭. Save yourself the trouble. Don't live here.
Me and my partner have been living here for a little over a month now and honestly have been really enjoying it here!!! Haven't had any problems with safety (which is something im ridiculously paranoid about) and the maintenance team has been working really hard to get things fixed!! They came out and got all of our plumbing fixed the day after we put the ticket in! Braden is AMAZING!! I was conversing with Braden close to closing. We were working on getting my payment to process when I ran into issues. I didnt want to keep him late, but he said 'take your time'. Time was ticking and I told him ill have to wait til the next day so I could contact my bank. Within a few minutes after getting off the phone my payment went thru and I received the info I need to start moving in THAT night, which meant, Braden was STILL working. THANK YOU SO MUCH BRADEN!!
