BH management is the worst apartment to rent from if you get sick get behind on your rent anything happen they would never work with you they want the payment all in full do not rent for them
We scheduled a tour today at 1 o clock. We arrived and no one was there to help us. The lady at the front instructed us to us a QR code to view the apartment. The lady at the front had no idea how the QR code worked and we could not figure it out either. We took time out of our weekend and were unable to even view an apartment after scheduling a tour.
I’ve had raccoons living in my attic for about 5 weeks now… they are keeping me up for hours at night. I’m beginning to worry about my health as they use my attic as their restroom. They are tearing up the insulation and have been trying to get in my apartment through the vents. No sign of help from the apartment management.
Clean property & great amenities! Nick was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. Hands down, 5 stars!
The young lady who helped me was very friendly and helpful, answered all my questions. Had a good disposition for it being so late in the afternoon :)
