THEY’RE HORRIBLE THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND NEVER CALL YOU BACK…
I had my baby in August 2025, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience. Dr. Woodus was absolutely amazing. She listened to my desires, respected what my husband and I wanted, and made us feel completely supported every step of the way. Her staff was just as incredible — always friendly, welcoming, and they knew me by name, which made everything feel personal and genuine. Not what it used to be to be.
This office is hard to get in touch with I scheduled an appointment in October and called on multiple occasions and no one ever answers the phone, I've even left voice Messages to cancel the appointment and reschedule, No one ever called me back Now I'm receiving a no-show fee statement I called to discuss the no-show fee and Once again, no one will answer the phone. Horrible customer service
