Selective enforcement of rules, certain residents get held to policy and standards while others are left to behave however they want with zero consequences (and it's getting worse). Maintenance requests go unaddressed for extended periods or entirely, faulty electric wiring, dripping pipes, flimsy aluminum closet doors that don't work and fall apart at the hinges, my neighbor has mice because there's a hole leading outside, windows are cheap and don't fully close, central cooling advertised and on... read more
Hi! My name is Jennifer, I have lived in Woodsview for 6 years now. Jim has been the maintenance here for awhile now. He has always been so kind and fixed anything we ask him to. He has never give me attitude like the other maintenance has. He has always been super polite. The last maintenance guy invade my privacy with my teenage daughter in here sleeping. Jim has never entered without my permission unless it was a emergency. He has helped us anytime we ask him to. He comes in and makes conversations with us. Thanks
My friend is name CJ Midoriya life there I was to know that swimming pool open ?
Amazing office staff and maintenance as they are quick and efficient. The townhomes are nice, clean and well kept. I’d highly recommend.
Great place to live. Whenever I need maintenance they always get me taken care of quickly.
