Instead of admin correcting their error, I'm having to fight their billing dept. After nearly 6 months they finally issued a refund, but to the wrong account! I strongly recommend you send a follow up email to their "Info" account for every interaction to avoid the gaslighting they do when covering up their mistakes. The top admin here acts in an absurdly unethical, unsavory manner & appears to hire a toxic support team as well.

After leaving a previous provider due to poor communication and late refills on incredibly important medication to my daily functioning, Jordan has been phenomenal to work with. The furniture in the waiting room is awful. What kind of couch is that? It's like sitting on the ground. Just another medical joint owned by people whos primary motivation is counting the beans they can squeeze out of every senerio. Meanwhile, well meaning people work here treating patients on a conveyor belt basis, per "the policy". I can't imagine this place being a major benefit anyone who really needed help.

I see Dr. Washington and she is amazing! She listens to me which is hard to find these days. Dr Washington is very knowledgeable. If I have any concerns or questions she address's them quickly. Which for me this means a lot!
