***Renters beware*** I moved to Woodstream townhomes in July 2024. Upon move in my wife and I had a good experience meeting with a person named Sarah that no longer works with Woodstream. During our residency we realized very quickly that the rooms were very hot and no matter how many times the AC was checked the rooms would not cool down. Our pge bill was never under $350 living there and we only lived in the 2BR 1Bath. Many other residents also complained about the AC and the pge expense. My husband and I and our son, have been living here almost 2 years, and we love it here! Management very professional maintenance very efficient professional very quiet place! One downside is of course PGE a bit expensive , but overall it’s worth it!
I lived here for close to 4 years. Azam and the front office are great, they helped out when needed, and resolved issues in a timely manner. The biggest complainers on here are more than likely those that are breaking the rules and being held accountable. A downside is PGE, you are stuck paying their rates for both Gas and Electric, with the homes being a little older insulation is not the best so heater and AC usage will be a little higher than you are used to.
Not the best option. PG&E extremely expensive, $0,42 to $0,63 kWh compared to $0,17 in Roseville. In the summer pg&e bills cost as much $700 to $900 per month. House insulation is weak, in the summer one side oh the house is extremely hot and AC is not enough to cool it down. Too cold in the winter. Dogs poop everywhere in the community, people with dogs don't care, and there are flys everywhere in the summer .
If I could give this place a ZERO I would. The parking situation is awful and they love to have your car towed. Have shelled out $900 so far in towing fees. For not moving it frequently enough? What if there are no other spots? There is a crazy tenant who loves to complain and will ask management to tow you. And rather than give a courtesy phone call they will just do it .
