Would not recommend renting here. I already left a review but now I take it back from what I have just recently experienced. Our experience was frustrating from the start, but the move-out process was honestly ridiculous. We paid our rent in full and have proof of those payments, yet rent charges were still included on our final statement. We lived here for two years, and I want to give an honest and fair review. There were definitely some positives, but there were also major issues that prospective residents should know about. The maintenance team was honestly the best part of our experience. They were always kind, responsive, and helpful, and I genuinely appreciate everything they did for us. I have lived here for quite a few years now. I have seen a few managers come and go and I've lived in 2 different townhomes. We love it here. The neighbors are all great and the current manager, Azam, is amazing. I think she is very fair and understanding. The office is always open when it's supposed to be and they return calls/emails promptly. I've seen some complaints about parking which I think is odd as a garage comes standard with all townhomes. ***Renters beware*** I moved to Woodstream townhomes in July 2024. Upon move in my wife and I had a good experience meeting with a person named Sarah that no longer works with Woodstream. During our residency we realized very quickly that the rooms were very hot and no matter how many times the AC was checked the rooms would not cool down. Our pge bill was never under $350 living there and we only lived in the 2BR 1Bath. Many other residents also complained about the AC and the pge expense.
