Wow! I ordered two traps (BB1079) in June 2020 from Ontario and they were shipped within 24 hours on a Friday: both arrived days later on Tuesday and in less than a day after that, on Wednesday, I had already trapped and relocated all 5 groundhogs, thus at last reclaiming my ravaged gardens (on which I had spent thousand$ on and hundreds of hours building). I used sliced apples, bananas and lettuce as bait, leaving a trail towards the inside of the traps, as recommended. Why didn't I do that before! The traps are easy to use... read more
slow shipping order arrived
Ordered 3 items on the 26th, told a week to deliver (July 3rd). Called on July 6th and was told it would be July 10th. Now there is no indication as to when it will be delivered; even offered to pickup, as it's in a warehouse ready to be shipped, but not allowed. Then asked to speak to manager, and manager will call back in 1 - 2 business days.
