This was my first apartment when I moved out of my mom's place. I lived here about 5 years, and I never had a big problem with crime or bugs. However, annual inspections were a pain in the *ss, as well as pop-up maintenance routines. Sometimes the maintenance men would just enter your home without telling you, but for the most part, everyone is friendly and they get things done in a decent timeframe.
