excellent service. have 2 gas fireplaces that were old. visited the shop and we decided to get the gas inserts. we did not turn the regular heat on most of the winter as the gas inserts in the two fireplaces were able to generate plenty of heat to keep the house warm. very happy with the service
Wow ... We have not had a good experience with these people at all .. they installed a propane insert stove to my subfloor !!! Cut a hole in my brand new siding used clear caulking on it instead of a block ... so now the stove needs to be reinstalled at our expense ..so we can install flooring and my siding needs to fixed .. It didn't dawn on his installer that we may be putting flooring on the plywood subfloor ... seriously maybe he thought we would just paint it !!! We bought the Quadrafire for our place in NH. Can't say enough about the quality of the unit and the professionalism of the staff. I had many questions and concerns about my very first high efficiency fireplace and I was very pleased with the timely response I received from the staff. The quality of their products are second to none.
We just completed an addition to our home which involved a new kitchen and adding a new wood burning insert stove to our living room. We've worked with a lot of contractors recently - Barry and his team over at WFS have been great from the moment we walked into their showroom in Littleton.
