The quality of work performed is terrible and not as per the promised contract. For example, there are cracks in the cement curb, the flowers planted have not yielded a single flower throughout the season and died within 3 months of completing the project. There were extensive delays with no response at times for weeks to get the project done. We were promised follow ups regarding the quality of construction and materials used however nothing of this nature happened.
