A great experience with Chance today. Professional and friendly
The technician only had my car for less than an hour and I was charged $255 in labour. When I called the service manager, Alex, to inquire about the cost, he was incredibly rude, stating it was a flat fee for the service and “what did I want them to do, keep my car for longer so I felt better about the cost”? Incredibly unprofessional considering all I asked was for him to ensure I did not get overcharged and could he please walk me through my bill.
Every step of the way Chance and Maher took such great care of us! I’m so impressed with the time Chance took to go through all the vehicle’s features with me and made sure I had the perfectly set up RAV4 before I pulled off the lot. Maher was kind, clear and so detail oriented. I am so grateful for a wonderful experience where I felt like such a valued client! Thank you!
Nothing but good things to say about Woodstock Toyota. Friendly and very helpful. Andrew was fantastic to work with, very thorough when demonstrating vehicles. Maher made sure all my ducks were in a row before making the purchase, and he's pretty funny too. All around good experience.
