Most of the doormen are very nice and friendly, except the superintendent who is extremely rude at times. Frequent construction going around and in the building.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with the receptionist at this condominium. Over the phone, they were very unprofessional and outright disrespectful. Rather than offering assistance or even basic courtesy, their tone was rude and dismissive from the start. It’s unfortunate that someone in a front-facing role, representing the entire property, would treat callers this way. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the overall management.
