Great bunch of people and company to work with. Top notch.
We had an appointment for someone from the company to come remove some tree limbs that fell on our house. The appointment was scheduled for 9:00 and I took time off work to be here. As of 11, no one had showed up and no one had contacted me saying they were running late. Finally called to cancel the appointment and the receptionist seemed genuinely baffled that we even had an appointment. Meanwhile, I still have tree limbs on my house.
