The manager, Tim, handled my complaint regarding the booking process and call centre upselling me to a service pack when all I wanted was an oil change. He provided a discount to make up for the misunderstanding and assured me they would improve their process at the Dealership level to confirm the work that was booked was actually what was done, and not extra. Good customer service despite some hiccups. Appreciated.
Visited here on July 31st to get my vehicle serviced, selected the service 2 option and also got the battery replaced along with a cable end replacement for the positive battery terminal. paid $1169.93 got back the vehicle left then later realized that it was still telling me it needed to be serviced ,as well as the windshield wash was now leaking and the turbo cover under the hood was cracked. We recently purchased a 2025 Hyundai Tucson from Woodstock Hyundai and were extremely pleased with the overall experience.
