This place is a joke. We went there and got a price for a 2 bedroom and when we went back 3 days later to sign a lease they said they had a 2 bedroom for \$325 more than we were originally quoted and then had the nerve to tell us that the price we were given was for a 1 bedroom after the lady showed us the paper work and it said \$603 for 2 bedroom. After questioning them about their mix up they then said (after asking three days earlier) how much our income was and told us that we made too much money and then said the price... read more

Woodstock Commons is such a great place to live, the grounds are gorgeous and the buildings are in pristine condition. I have been here nearly a year and I will definitely be resigning a new lease. The staff from management to maintenance are so responsive to all my requests. The rents are reasonable, but I am treated like a millionaire.
