No one at the desk. Had to call for the phone in lobby. Had to wait for someone to answer.

I paid over $210 for one night, and then I was told that $150 of my money could be held for up to 14 days. That is extremely difficult when you are already dealing with financial stress. Unprofessional and rude staff we tried 2 days trying to check in here. I haven't had so many problems trying to check in to a hotel in my life. Unfortunately my car was broken down so i didn't have much options yet we still never got a room.had the money but not the right type of card which was not listed on their website . This might be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in... when I walked into the hotel lobby I was met with a foul smell. The check in was fast and easy, other then the fact I had do a $150 deposit. They stated I would receive back after checking out and keep in mindvwe are now in day 4 and still no return.
