Booked a 3 night stay ahead of check-in time, upon arriving I was told my room was cancelled due to having a pet cat. They don’t allow cats due to hair which Is very understandable but they couldve listed what type of pet was not allowed but that was not the issue here. I understood and asked “okay then how am I able to receive my refund? The man that was working there told me it would take 24-48 hours. Again i was very patience with them and told them okay. I've been a guest here for month and Kaitlyn has been very good at addressing any concerns or issues I have had. She works hard to keep things fixed and work I no properly. I have had a great stay here.
The management, staff, maintenance, and employees are all amazing. If you have any issues or just need information they are ready, willing, and able to help. They sincerely care about their guests and the property. I would sincerely suggest that anyone that has to stay anywhere stay here whether it's for business or pleasure.
