I've been a guest here for month and Kaitlyn has been very good at addressing any concerns or issues I have had. She works hard to keep things fixed and work I no properly. I have had a great stay here.
The management, staff, maintenance, and employees are all amazing. If you have any issues or just need information they are ready, willing, and able to help. They sincerely care about their guests and the property. I would sincerely suggest that anyone that has to stay anywhere stay here whether it's for business or pleasure.
I have been staying at the ESA in Springdale, AR for almost a month and have already decided to extend my stay. At first, I anticipated only staying until I could find a rental property, but I have been so pleased with my stay here that I am struggling to justify the cost of renting and furnishing a home versus everything I am afforded at ESA.
